Overview:

First Baptist Church is seeking a Part-Time Worship Leader.

Our vision is to see Henderson changed one life-change story at a time. We are looking for a passionate Worship Leader to help us lead the way!

At First Baptist, we believe that worship encompasses every aspect of our lives – not just something that happens on Sunday. Here, the Worship Leader helps lead our congregation to make bold declarations of faith through the power of song and to live out God’s Truth every day!

You will plan and lead a worship service that will connect with all people. However, our goal is to reach young families and individuals far from God.  The Worship Leader will report directly to the Pastor and should possess the skills needed to perform and have a calling to serve Christ in this role.

A team player with strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and are passionate about leading God’s people in Corporate Worship. As a leader you will be someone to help develop the Praise Team, vocalists, and the production of Sunday Worship.

Submit resume if you:

Demonstrate effectiveness in leading worship from an instrument (guitar, piano, or keys). It would be phenomenal if you have technical experience in Media Shout programming.  However, we are not opposed to changing to Pro Presenter or something more familiar if it benefits worship.
