There was this little girl who was being questioned by her mother, “Honey, do you know Jesus?” The little girl looked at her mother with a peculiar eye, “YES, I know Jesus!” The mother continued to question the little girl, “What do you know about Jesus?” She responded, “He loves me!” The mother said, “Yes, what else?” The girl thought for a minute and responded, “Um, I don’t know!” The mother asked, “Where does Jesus live?” With confidence the little beauty said, “Mom, you know Jesus lives at the Church!” Her mother said, “Oh, where does God live?” Without batting an eye she said, “God lives on Eighth   Street!”

I’m not sure about Eighth   Street, but Jesus Does live in the Church, and you and I make up the Church, the Bride of Christ! Why then, If Jesus lives in the Church which is us, He isn’t more visible than He is? The Bible says, “For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: ‘I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be My people.’” (2 Corinthians 6:16)

I love that we are the temple of the living God!! Do you know what that means? It means that God should be visible in us. The world should be able see that we know God and that He knows us! As Easter approaches, please show the world that Jesus is alive!! Be the Church! Invite someone to worship with you in order for them to experience our Risen Savior!!
